To lead and manage the entire operations of Company logistics, an asset based entity with operations across Oman, including fleet management, Ready-Mix logistics, Port operations, project management, equipment leasing and warehousing and distribution activities.

Company logistics is transforming into strong logistics player in Oman providing all suites of supply chain services, including 3PL, services. This position requires strong planning skills, strategic thinking and financial acumen. In addition to Ability to handle pressure, change management, a large team and diverse activities. This position must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal and management skills.


Key Responsibilities

Principal duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage all operation related matters for Company logistics and be responsible for operations budget
  • Provide support in driving the Growth, development and diversification plan for Company Logistics. As it takes on new activities and ventures. A good understanding of operational requirement of existing and new businesses and preparing and executing plans to meet those requirements
  • Manage the Ready-Mix logistics operations and execute strategies and plans to meet the requirements of the business
  • Support in Implementing the Health, Safety& Security policy across operations
  • Planning and communicating results and KPI’s using analytical tools and systems, based on data driven approach
  • Manage the operations team, consisting of various levels, diverse nationalities and varied experiences to create a multiskilled team with high productivity and aligning their expectations with company’s goals and budgets

Enhance the work relationship with other divisions like maintenance, sales, HR and legal, and build reliable intercommunication channels, to achieve the company’s goals



  • A graduate in Business Administration
  • Qualifications or certifications in transport management, logistics and supply chain domain



  • Strong fleet & equipment management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in designing transport & logistics solutions
  • Exposure to Ready-Mix logistics would be preferred
  • People management skills to handle diverse pool of operations staff

  • A graduate in Business Administration

  • Minimum 8 years’ work experience in similar role.
  • Demonstrate business understanding with impeccable integrity
  • Must have worked as an operations leader at management level for at least four years
